Debashis Paul is an autism dad, author, and marketing strategy consultant with a distinguished career in advertising and brand consulting. He has worked with global agency networks such as McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Lintas, managing campaigns for leading brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Nestlé, Hyundai, and Tata Tea.
He has also led high-profile public service campaigns on malnutrition, malaria, and women’s health for the Government of India, UNICEF, and the World Bank.
His debut book, I Have Autism And I Like to Play Good Bad Tennis (Westland, 2023), offers a personal and insightful perspective on autism, earning wide media coverage and invitations to speak at major events, including the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) 2024 and the Hyderabad Lit Fest 2024. He actively counsels parents of children with learning and communication challenges and has spoken at corporates, schools, and training centers to build awareness about autism.
