Sonali Gupta is one of India’s leading clinical psychotherapists, with two decades of experience helping young adults, artists, couples, and corporate professionals enhance their emotional well-being. Her work focuses on relationships, grief, anxiety, and compassion, offering deep insights into mental health in the Indian context.
She is the author of Anxiety: Overcome It and Live Without Fear (HarperCollins, 2020) and You Will Be Alright: A Guide to Navigating Grief (Penguin Random House, 2024), the first book to explore grief and loss from an Indian perspective.
